I just saw a mouse. We share this house a cat who weighs more than twenty pounds, yet mice (because as Carl Sagan once said, where there’s life, there’s community) are frolicking beneath my desk. |
I'm a librarian. Special skills include dog charming, brochure writing, slapdash cooking and long-winded nattering. I also enjoy watching the sunset's reflection in the tall buildings downtown.
For a while there, I taught classes on Classical literature, philosophy, and the history of religion at New College of California. I have an MA and an MFA in Writing, and live on a boat in Sausalito, CA.

Garfield reference, anyone? I say 911 is probably in league with the head mouse, working out some deal whereby have-a-heart traps can be left around the house for the mice (and cat) to de-bait at their leisure.
