I'm a librarian. Special skills include dog charming, brochure writing, slapdash cooking and long-winded nattering. I also enjoy watching the sunset's reflection in the tall buildings downtown.
For a while there, I taught classes on Classical literature, philosophy, and the history of religion at New College of California. I have an MA and an MFA in Writing, and live on a boat in Sausalito, CA.

I felt one once in St. Louis (New Madrid Fault). It is disconcerting!!

Yup, Brian felt it, too, down in the basement. And Shelley rushed home from dinner to make sure the dogs were’nt upset (and she showed us your wiki!)

I’m all jealous and stuff…the only earthquakes I’ve experienced are caused by a large dog galumphing past.

I’ve never experienced an earthquake. But I don’t think I am TOOOOOO jealous!
